Deane Bozeman FFA students recently delivered an outstanding performance at the Florida FFA District Competition, earning multiple top finishes across both middle and high school events. Several individuals and teams placed first in their respective categories and will advance to compete at the Florida FFA State Convention in June, representing Bay District Schools on a statewide stage.
High school students earned first-place honors in Parliamentary Procedures, Creed Speaking, Discussion Meet, Extemporaneous Speaking, and Prepared Public Speaking, while Bozeman’s middle school FFA members also excelled with first-place finishes in Prepared Public Speaking, Opening and Closing Ceremonies, and Parliamentary Procedures. These accomplishments reflect the dedication, leadership, and communication skills fostered through Bozeman’s award-winning FFA program under the guidance of advisor Becky Peltonen, along with the strong support of the Bozeman school community.
